Does your mail come from you?

Mail from you@yourdomain. No mail server to keep alive.

Bring the domain you already own. We read its DNS first and show you every record before anything changes, because a move you cannot see is a move you cannot trust.

Booking pages

Can a customer book you without an email thread?

One link to book you. No slot sold twice.

Share a page, and customers choose a time that suits you both. The booking lands on your calendar with its own call link, and moves or cancels from the email it came in. Two people cannot take the same hour: the database refuses the second, rather than a check that might lose a race.

Can they reach you without installing anything?

Meet in the browser. Transcribed where it was said.

Call a colleague from the Calls tab, or send a guest a link to a calendar event. Nothing to install. Noise suppression, backgrounds and transcription run on each person’s own device: no audio is uploaded to make a transcript, only the text, and the host can delete that too.

No slot is ever sold twice.

A booking is held by a database constraint, not by a check two visitors can both pass. The second one is refused, every time.

One workspace cannot read another’s mail.

Isolation is enforced by the database under every query. A forgotten filter returns nothing, never somebody else’s inbox.

Nothing you created is ever removed.

We import your DNS records and wait for you to confirm. What you made stays, through a missed payment and on the day you leave.

No advertising, no third-party trackers, and no way for our staff to sign in as you.

What people ask first.

What is InboxQux?

Business email, booking pages and video calls in one place, on a domain you own. It runs in the browser, on a computer or a phone, with nothing to install.

Can I use the domain I already have?

Yes. You point it at InboxQux once. We import your existing DNS records and show you each one before anything changes, and we never remove a record you created, including when you leave.

Where does call transcription happen?

In each person’s own browser. Every device in the call turns its own voice into text and sends only the text, so no call audio is uploaded for it. The host turns it on for everybody, everybody is told, and the host can delete the transcript afterwards.

Can two customers book the same time?

No. The slot is held by the database, not by a check that runs before it, so when two people pick the same hour at the same moment exactly one booking succeeds and the other is told the time has gone.

Can people outside my company join a call?

Yes. The organizer of a calendar event makes a guest link. Guests give their name at the door, and somebody in the call lets them in.

Can anyone at InboxQux sign in as me?

No. There is no impersonation feature, for support or for anything else.

Can I connect a desktop mail app?

Not yet. InboxQux runs in the browser and does not offer IMAP. You can forward copies of incoming mail to another address in the meantime.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, and it needs no card. Free has one domain, three addresses, calls of up to four people and one booking page. Pro and Business hold more of each and add transcription.
